But of course. The eponymous pancakes at this cute Jing'an cafe are second to none. They come with most breakfast and lunch sets, but take a solo portion for maximum satisfaction.

Jing'an Restaurant

Treat yourself to a batch of posh pancakes at the PuLi Hotel's restaurant. They'll burn a hole in your budget, but they're totally worth the splurge.

PiRO

Pancakes at PiRO

The place that's most famous for the legendary Fat Bitch super-sandwich has come up trumps with a brunch menu of champions. You can't go wrong with a plate of Queen's Crown pancakes topped with a fluffy cloud of whipped cream and a lake of syrup.

Munchies

Another surprise contender for the pancake crown. Since launching a breakfast menu recently, Munchies has risen even higher in our estimations. You get dollar pancakes with the Cowboy breakfast, but we like the solo blueberry version best.

Element Fresh

This laowai haunt isn't just for salads and smoothies. The breakfast/brunch menu contains some true gems, like fruity pancakes smothered in maple syrup.
