The people who brought you Birds in a Row, the healthy homemade lunch and dinner delivery service, have now bit the bullet and opened their very own restaurant. Seven Spoons (211 Chakkrapatipong Rd., 02-628-4588) is a small eatery in a Chinese shophouse refurbished with a whole lot of wood (everything but the floor). They do American food cooperative-esque dishes like quinoa salad with feta cheese and white snapper with spiced chickpeas in butter-ginger sauce. Sure, it’s a little out of the way, but we’ve never seen a menu like this in this town, so we’re very excited. Stay tuned for the Open Door.
