Defining itself as 'lounge and party room', Not Me is divided into three areas - the bar area at the front, the lounge room and the party room at the back. The illuminated long bar takes center stage in the bar area, while the candlelit lounge room is equipped with soft couches and cool animated projection on the wall. The real wow factor, however, is the futuristic design of the dark party room. There is also a small outdoor area which can be accessed from the lounge room.

This is a great place to chill out or catch up with friends, but the party room seems unable to attract enough party people at most weekends. Drinks are relatively cheap here: simple mixed drinks like vodka & orange or gin & tonic are 35rmb (coming in small glasses though), while cocktails start from 50rmb. There are no resident DJs, but many local indie party promoters and DJs choose to host their parties here, which gives the venue a certain underground buzz.
