Eduardo Vargas's Fumin Lu burger joint serves up a selection of patties with various toppings and sauces, as well as salads, spiked milkshakes and cocktails. It's open until 4am, so is a good choice for post-boozing nosh. The dark wood interior has an American brasserie feel, while the outdoor seats are great for people watching.
